  4. Irregular periods. Please advice!

Hi I'm 25 year old married. After my marriage that is from 1 year I'm getting periods once in two months. This time its near to 3 months I have not got my periods pregnancy test negative haemoglobin 11.4 estrogen 72pg/ ml progesterone 0.39pg/ml I took this test 2 months after my last period. Please advice
