Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi, From past two months, exactly on the dates when my periods are due, I only get a VERY light bleeding (1-2 drops). Also, I had been get only two days flow from past 6-7 months. Can you please let me know what could be the reason for this very light bleeding? I have been exercising regularly and eating healthy from past 1 month.
