Irregular periods
Hi am planning to conceive but having irregular periods so planning to take yasmin tablet along with glycomet 500mg and night folic acid tablet. Is there any side if I take those medicines. Or suggest me how I need to follow.

Thank you for your question. If you are planning to conceive please don't take Yasmin as it works as a contraceptive. If you have irregular periods and need Glycomet you most probably have a condition called PCOD. You may find that it is harder to conceive when you have this because the ovary does not release an egg predictably. If you are not pregnant within six months of trying please seek help from a fertility specialist who will guide you better. It is worth getting help sooner with getting pregnant as it avoids a lot of stress and disappointment that happens if you leave it too long. hope this helps
