Irregular periods
Had last period on 6 November,2024. Haven't had periods since then wasn't sexually active in November or December. Had unprotected sex on 16th Jan and 21st Jan. Can I be pregnant? And do I take an ipill?

First most important thing is UPT now. May be the reason for missed period after November is pregnancy.  If negative, may be some other reason.
Next Steps
Now the chance of getting pregnancy is there ! Better take a pill for now. Repeat UPT after 2 weeks Follow up in gyn OPD for irregular cycle/missed period for further evaluation.

I pill is effective if taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse so it can be taken with respect to the intercourse on 21st Jan. Get an ultrasound and check tsh levels. Connect with reports for further guidance

There are chances of getting pregnant , Better to wait for 2 weeks and get UPT Done and consult properly for further evaluation
