Irregular Periods . (Gynecologist)

Hi Sir/Mam , this consultation for my wife. Last month she had longer periods for 15days and we consulted DR,she recommended tranexamic acid tablet and menoreg syrup. This month periods stopped in 9 days and started again after 3 days. In 2months she lost 6kg weight, hair loss occurred in one year.Is there any serious issues are there ? Any medical test required? Kindly suggest if any lab test required.
