This is perimenopausal age.If you have doubt of pregnancy just rule out with pregnancy test.If negative get done TSH level and FSH level to know whether it is menopause or not.

You are facing peri menopausal changes. Only thing to rule out is accidental pregnancy which can occur rarely at this age.
Gradually menopause shall be attained if no other changes seen.
