Hello, You are right, stress can induce hormonal disorder. Consult a homoeopathy doctor nearby. Homoeopathy acts on the root cause. Only then you would be able to recover completely. It avoids future recurrences.
Seems like it’s because of hypothyroidism

I would advise you to visit a gynecologist so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as ultrasound to rule out any underlying pathologise, thyroid profile, testesterone levels, etc. to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. These following steps may help to regularize your periods:
- Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food
- Exercise regularly(30-45 mins per day and maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI)
- Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation
- Maintain a healthy body and diet
- Have vegetable juices
- Include corn, beets, lettuce and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet
- Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit
Next Steps
Follow the steps as advised
