Irregular Periods - Doctor It's Almost 47 Days , Since I Missed

Doctor it's almost 47 days , since I missed my period, Doctor has given tablets to get period but still I haven't got period n said I have pcod and gave medication for that, but still no period or no symptoms too. Should I get my urine pregnancy test done once again now . Jan 20 th was my period n till date period hasn't come .
