Irregular Periods
Dear Doctor, To start with, I am a celibate. I have missed my 3periods in a row...I did have bulky ovaries last year and did take medicines from a local gynaecologist and had regular periods for 10months. Due to the lockdown and stress this problem has cropped up again! Request you to please advise on the same. Should I go in for a course of medicines again? Regards

It seems to be a problem of PCOD...and this problem may be aggravated due to lockdown and a home eating...just do some workout at home like dance or some aerobic exercises....taking medicine is not a permanent solution..do life style modifications  by less sugar in diet and workout
Next Steps
Get yourself checked for hormone and medication when things  normalizes...
