Irregular periods and weight gain
Hi I am a housewife of age 26 height 5'2 inch and weight 60 kg. From last one year I have irregular periods means the bleeding is only for 12 to 24 hours then I don't bleed . My weight is 60 kg but I look more than it .I am gaining weight in arms hands thigh and hips. I don't have any PCOD problem . And my CBP test is also Normal. And after pelvic and abdominal scanning also everything is normal. I feel more tired and body pains. Please suggest me a good advice .and one more thing my TSH is 2.1 .hope for a good advice. Thank you 😊

Hi. Please chek your diet . Reduce sweets and fried foods . Check your S prolactin and Hb . If prolactin is raised periods tend to become irregular .

What are you doing not to gain weight and start losing weight?? You need to consult a nutritionist and get Counseller for weight loss.a healthy BMI is very important.consult a gynecologist for guidance for conception
