Irregular periods and weight gain
Hi, I've gained 5 kgs in the past one year. Also, I'm bleeding in between the monthly cycle. Sometimes for a day and sometimes for a week or more. For example, my periods start on 29th every month and last week, I was bleeding for few hours each day, entire week. My legs ache after standing for sometime, especially heels and I start to feel very weak and start bleeding. Also, I'm stressed almost everytime. Either it's related to work or anything, I'm always stressed.
