Asked for Female, 27 Years

After ceserian my periods started in 9t h month may 12 th I got my first period and on June 9th I got my second Period again my periods started on 26 the June and I am getting sudden cramps in my stomach and I am having pain on my stitches area. I never had pains in my periods. Will u please suggest.
