Well I think you might be suffering from pcos or thyroid problemare you overweight? Or have suddenly gained weight...I would first suggest you to loose weight..do a minimum of 30-45 min of exercise.. be it walking...then include more of raw vegetables in your diet...secondly you also need ocps to regularise your periods..then also need metformin as it will help in peripheral utilisation of glucose as well loss of weight. Please meet a gynaecologist...thank you

Hi there....scanty periods has many possible causes...it may occur in women who have anemia i.e low haemoglobin levels, diabetes or thyroid problems. It is also common in women with high levels of a protein called prolactin in their blood...it can be the side effects of certain drugs like oral contraceptives,antipsychotics,antiepileptics...it may be due to poly cystic ovarian disease as well... So I would suggest you to consult nearest gynecologists for detailed clinical examination and evaluation they will do the needful.
Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Since how long has this being happening?
There are a lot of causes for this.
We would need toexamine you and need to run some tests to come to any conclusion. Would advise you to consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.
