Irregular period problem

Hi. I'm 23 years old and not married. I have not got periods since last 2 and half months. This never happened to me earlier, I was always having regular periods. I would like to know what tablet should I use now to get periods and what is the reason for this problem. Kindly answer me. Thank you.
