On the year of 2017 i was diagnosed that i have pcos..on that time i suffered the problem of irregularity of my period..from 2018 ,when i started hard exercise and maintain my diet , my menstruation cycle was going regular, i have not faced any issue of irregularity after doing exercises..past two month January, and February and march of 2021 my menstruation cycle was going regular ..but on this month April, suddenly my menstruation cycle got delayed for 13 days..is this a sign of pregnancy? And how accurate the home pregnancy test is?? When should i test my pregnancy at home for getting correct result?? Is there any blood test which can detect early pregnancy??( 1 to 2 week pregnancy).

Beta hcg is most reliable sign and it can be positive as early as 5 to 6 days before missed period. If you are in home you can take a urine pregnancy test.
