Irregular period occur
I m unmarried girl bt i have irregular period since 2 month aur when i as to dr she tell me to do blood test and sonography.blood test is seen normal except abnormalities in erythovytes,lucosytes.and in my sonography it tell followig 1) bulky overy s/o? PCOD. 2) no e/o GB calculous wall thickning pericholic fluid or nodes or any billary dilation notes. 3)no e/o facial hepatic / splenic lesion, obvious peritonial lesion. 4) no adnexal mass or retro peritonial lymphadenopathy seen. 5)no e/o loculated fluid collection,abnornal mass or psedu mass, iliac vain thrombosis, hydronephrosis ascites significiant bowel dialation noted. 6)excessive clonic gas seen. So anyone help me out from this i do research and i found that it is cancer so i m worried plz help me out from this.....thanks in advanced.

Hello.. Well from that report it seems like you are suffering from poly cystic ovarian disease..And there is no evidence of any thing else ..I don't know what research you did which came to a conclusion of cancer..But there is no such evidence... Secondly For  pcos..yes definitely you need to loose weight as it will automatically settle your hormonal imbalance...you need to bring about diet modifications... exercise regularly...you may also require metformin if there is less glycemic control and also ocps to regularise your periods...thank you
