Asked for Female, 26 Years

My period has been irregular for a long time sometimes 9months I won’t see it I went to see a gynecologist and I did a pelvic scan after which he prescribed primolut n after taking it I saw my period but I notice if I don’t take it my period doesn’t come what should I do am worried that i might not get pregnant help pls
