I'm a 24 year old woman, I got a Nexplanon birth control implant last April. I've been having a period since mid January. It stopped about a week ago and is now back. Should I be worried?

Yes definitely..if u r on nexplanon n still bleeding u need to do an ultrasound pelvis and a hormonal profile including TSH to see whats happening. Consult a nearby gynaecologist for further opinion
