Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have been taking medicine for irregular periods in the month of January. After getting period was directed to take follicular study .I also took HCG injection and ovulation had taken place unfortunately my period came exactly on same date without any delay. But for this month that is March my period is delayed over 14 days.with negative pregnancy test Iam really stressed out.w Hy is my period delayed and what should I do to regularise it
