Irregular period
I have been having very irregular periods but I would like to now try and conceive a baby. I would also like to you a supplement to help, i got one called UpSpring fertility and i wanted to know if it would be okay

Start Folic acid if not on it already. I would recommend the following investigations prior to management. FSH/LH Thyroid function test, Prolactin Ultrasound of your pelvis. Once all of the above confirms normality then I would consult a Gynaec with a view to Ovulation induction with either Letrozole/Clomiphene citrate / FSH injections..
