Irregular period

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I have been getting my period regularly since my teen yrs. my period usually lasts 3 days like clockwork. Since jan 2021, I didn't get my period for 3 months. When I finally got it, I got it twice a month( less than 28 days. I am on hypothyroid medication, and my last test in April showed normal levels. Pls advise.
