Irregular period

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am having problem of irregular periods. One month I get it and another month I don't get. I have done sonography of abdomen and pelvis and blood test for of lsh and fsh and everything came back normal. I also have problem of frequent urination and my tongue texture also feels weird. What can be the cause?
