Irregular period from 2months. To me.

I have hypothyroidism since 7 years it is in normal level( I taken thyroxine tablet75mg).from 10 months I have ibs problem I take sarotena 10 mg tablet one at night from 4 months. Before I have  regular period .from 3-4months I have itching problem in vagina areas often come and go.every 25 days I have periods.but in may month after 34 days I got periods(4/5/2020) low bleeding & it  stops 2nd day severe pain in abdomen &low back pain.after 34 days in month of june I have periods 7/6/2020 severe abdominal cramps , low back pain ,leg pain  ,tirdness,dizziness occurs in  first day& second day bleeding stops(.low bleeding).from 3months I gain weight  5kgs. (53to58kg)&severe fatigue ,verysleepiness occurs.from February I done abdominal scan& now I tests cbc ,bp,random blood sugar levels all r normal.what happens to me.i have very panic to go to hospital because of carona.
