Irregular period & spotting after period

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My LMP was on 25may started with spotting for 2days dn heavy bleeding.today is 14DAy am spotting what does it means.on day 12we had intercourse.will it be a reason heavy exercise and walking?? Or any health issues?planning and having thyroid and recently detected with PCOS
