IrrEgular period , 1st miscarriage

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My wife’s age is 26 & she had a miscarriage on sept13 ,2017 due to faulty formation of fetus ( there was blood circulation & heart beat after 5 weeks ) . Also she had irrEgular period gynaecologist go thru below test on Dec 3 , 2017 - TSH - 1.98 , Rubella IgG - 312.1 , FBS -3.50 mmol/L 1 hrs after 75gm glucose 6.41 mmol/L 2 hrs after 75gm glucose - 5.25 mmol/L prescribed to have folic acid Would request you to review & help to advise is there anything to be worried for future pregnancy .
