Irregular or late periods.

Asked for Female, 24 Years

For irregular cycles of period i was prescribed deviry 10mg for 5 days thrice by a gynecologist that was from 9th to 13th march now on 16th night i had spotting and no blood for whole day on my pad then again spotting on 17th night. What's going on? When will my normal bleeding flow start? When will my proper period will start?
