Irregular menstruation

My concern is infertility and irregular periods. I have already done all the important tests ( AMH, pelvic scan, LH, FSH, prolactin, TSH etc. ) all hormonal tests , even my husband has done semen analysis and everything came out to be positive. I usually get my periods in 2 months when i take tab deviry, i got no pain .. flow is good. M confused then why i do not get them naturally and why m not getting pregnant as i am trying to concieve since last 6 months. Doctors are not prescribing any medicine but always hand over the never ending list of more tests. I m a thyroid patient , my thyroid was 7 for which doctor has prescribed me 37.5 mg thyronorm. Please suggest.

Control your thyroid first, next You should undergo follicular monitoring to see whether ovulation is happening or not that will decide further treatment.
