Irregular menstruation and discharge

Asked for Female, 13 Years

My doctor says I'm healthy. I'm thirteen and started menstruating when I was nine. I have rarely ever had regular periods and I have vaginal discharge every day. I don't know if this is okay or not. I am a virgin as well
