Mam, report says both ovaries are bulky(right-19.361cc and left ovary - 18.978cc) with multiple peripherally arranged follicle (4-8 mm) and minimally thickened stroma. No adnexal mass lesion noted.. how much time would i have to continue the treatment to be normal??

This s suggestive of pcos. Pcos s something which cn never be treated , it cn be controlled however.. If u maintain a healthy lifestyle , diet , exercise then it won't effect u . Medication are needed initially but cn be tapered off gradually
