Irregular menstrual cycle for 1st time

Is it normal to have periods in 19 days? The colour on 1st day is brown and flow is very less. 2nd day it is red. No fall or injury. Taking medicines for cough And called, drinks hot water for itchy throat normally it happens between 28/32 days

Maintain a menstral diary
Check for fever
Get thyroid test done empty stomach and ultrasound pelvis for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness if abormal cycles for 3 months
