Irregular menstrual circle

Asked for Female, 37 Years

My natural cycle is 28days but suddenly change to 25days like 3months ago,am advice to take primolut n an hormonal tablet,please advice me if to take the drug and if not,tell me the drug to use to regulate it back to 28days

If u hv got sudden change in menstrual cycle then u should ideally do an ultrasound to rule out ny fibroid or ovarian cyst and also a thyroid profile as baseline.. Accordingly further management will be advised.
