Hello doc,
I am 35 y/o. From Varanasi. Had a baby girl in October 2018. Had my last periods on Jan 14, 2019. Have begun to show dark brown bloody discharge yet again on Jan 31,2019. Could it be perimenopause? We (my husband and I) want to have another baby in a couple of years. Is there a way to tell if that is possible since I'm bleeding irregularly now?
Thanks and regards

Better get one urine pregnancy test . Your baby is only four months old . Plan for second pregnancy after two years.
This is not perimenopause...you are getting irregular menses as you must be breastfeeding... Take iron and calcium... connect with me online for further advice
