Irregular/long lasting periods

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi Dr. I am having periods for the last 12 days continuously with low blood flow. It's happening first time with me, some months ago I found that I have a cyst in my uterus. I also had a miscarriage 3 months ago. Please suggest to me why this happening. Also, I want to clear one more thing with any test or checkup Doctors can able to know whether I ever got pregnant or had a miscarriage before 3 months.
