Irregular heartbeat

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I noticed a irregular heartbeat of my husband and got it checked from cardiologist he suggested an holter monitor and here's the results(PFA) doctor suggested for an echo / ultrasound !! Unsure what the issue is as doctor is not informing anything. Currently in US and unable to have easy access to doctors here as appointments takes more than 2weeks. Unable to attach all the documents only 2images are allowed

Yes , Holter shows VPCs, Overall number of VPC is not too much, but he should get Echo, TMT under Dr supervision! Follow a cardiologist -Preferably Electrophysiologist !
