I m 25yr and i noticed bleeding apart my periods.n i dont have any pain.but weakness.and i am not married no sex..its 4 days..its not heavy bleeding.what should i do

This happens due to irregular shedding of the lining of uterus But it could be due to some other causes too like thyroid hormones deficiency, fibroids, polyps, ovarian cyst  and infections
