Irregular bleeding
I am under medication for PCOD (insulin resistance) After completion of hormone tablet I got periods which lasted for 3 days. Later after 10 days I am bleeding again. What can be the reason. Also is it connected to intercourse? I started bleeding a day after intercourse.

Did you miss a tablet or two ( cyclic pills for Pcod) ?Did you have diarrhoea or vomiting ? If so then its normal to have breakthrough bleeding in such a case. If not then perhaps your hormone imbalance needs revaluation. If you have recurring post coital bleed you mist visit your Gynaec for a more detailed examination to rule out certain conditions such as polyp etc
