Irregular bleeding
I am halfway through my pack of contraceptive pills so i shouldn’t be on my period, but over the past 24 hours i have had bleeding that has increased in heaviness and i am in quite a bit of pain and discomfort. i have been on the pill for nearly 4 years now and this has never happened before.

May be it's some.kind of harmonal effect ,u need to get an ultrasound done to rule out for any pathology,or a remote chance of a pregnancy followed by miscarriage,or it could be a polyp , fibroid or any other issue .
