Irregular bleeding
I am 35 yrs old unmarried and not sexually active,I am having period issue from last 1 year,in July 2020  I had long and heavy period suddenly for 22 days then I consulted Ayurvedic doctor but those medicine didn't stop bleeding then another doctor suggested to take Novelon ,I took 2 packs for 2 months after that few months period were regular then in Dec no period then in Jan i started spotting daily ,some time less but some time heavy bleeding then I again completed 2 packs of Novelon (  Feb and March) after that May and June no bleeding now in July it again started spotting some time less and some time heavy bleeding,Due to lockdown and Corona I am scared to visit Hospital , Please suggest me ho to stop spotting and make period regular.

This may be because of hormonal imbalanced, please do tests USG pelvis, thyroid profile,serum prolactin to find out cause.
