Im 31 years old. Having one kid ( 7 years old). I have overweight problem and hormonal imbalance. I have irregular period problem. From past 6 months i have regular spotting almost everyday before my period start. Periods last for 7 to 8 days. Before the periods start spotting will be there for 2 or more weeks. Completely 3 or 4 weeks of menstruation i can see. Sometimes it will be small clots. What might the reason? Is there any other issue other than hormonal imbalance and pcod. Once visited doctor a year before...suggested to lòose weight to balance hormones...hormones should be balanced to loose weight...stuck up...i dont have any past reports now to upload...kindly suggest
