Irregular and delayed period. Advice!

On October 22, I had intercourse with my partner, but it was not complete. Only my hymen broke and I experienced bleeding. Nothing further happened. After that, my periods came on November 5, which was 5 days late from the normal date. During this time, the bleeding was less than normal period. Then, my second period came on December 3, which was 2 days before the normal period date. Now, my periods have not come till January 11, which is 8 days late from the normal period date. Before this, I had UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) and took treatment (with online doctor on practo)for it twice . I have been fine for the past month, but now my periods are delayed. I have also taken 7 pregnancy tests from October to January, all of which have come out negative." Before and After 22 oct intercourse activity, i don't have any sexual history. During my UTI tretment ....Urine test and urine culture test were done as per the doctor's advice
