My Dr prescribed HEMFER XT for iron but due to non availiblity, pharmacist gave AUTRIN xt which is same but contains 22.5 elemental zinc and cyanocobalamin.
please tell if 22.5 mg of elemental zinc and 15 mcg of cyanocobalamin is safe to take during 5.5 month pregnancy??
