My son is 6 months old birth weight -2.750 kg and now weight-7.5 kg
It seems to have dark circles( pic attached) below eyes since he was 1.5 to 2 months old
He is otherwise active
Has good sleep entire night..and 3 naps of 1-2 hours in morning
He is a fully breastfed baby..will start solid after few days pee count is good always above 12 to sometimes 17
Is this iron deficiency? Or something of concern?
