I have hb around 10 and ferritin<8 and I have transfer saturation % low .what medicines u need to use?is it serious

2 ways to get it into better :- Dietary modification :- Take diet rich in iron like spinach , jaggery , bajra , ragi , green leafy vegetables, meat etc. Medicine:- Tab. Orifer XT plus -- 1tab -OD at bed time Alongwith it plz dunno take / consume things which hinders iron intake
