Take diet rich in iron like spinach , jaggery , bajra , ragi , green leafy vegetables, meat etc.
Medicine:-
Tab. Orifer XT plus -- 1tab -OD at bed time
Alongwith it plz dunno take / consume things which hinders iron intake
