I am irritation and chest pain and palpatation also. From yesterday sometimes irritation on the throat also and o started coughing

If you indeed have chest pain and palpitations then get an urgent ecg and have your heart rhythm checked. But if you have this throat irritation and cough and if the history is to be taken verbatim then you need treatment for acid reflux.
