Get either urine pregnancy test done or Beta hcg (more confirmatory)to rule out pregnancy. Though I pill is known to cause irregular menstruation but should have got by now.

She should have had her periods by now (23 March). Either she should have had withdrawal bleeding by 17-18 March or she should have had a normal period by 22or 23 March. I suggest she should get a beta HCG level done by the end of this month if she don't get your periods by then.

I pill helps in non fertilization  and non implantation of egg,so if you have taken the pill within 72hrs you will get your period when due or early but then pills are not 100% effective.
