Ipill consumption

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have a regular 23 days cycle. Had my last period on 19th Dec and consumed ipill on 25th Dec. On 5th jan I had one day bleeding and little clots on 6th and 7th morning. Checked for pregnancy using strip on 1st feb, it showed negative. What possibly could be the bleeding on 5th jan, periods or something else? Please suggest.
