Ipill brown discharge red blood no smell
My cousin had unprotected sex on 25th May at 12.00 noon and 28th May 2024 at around 2.00 . She took an ipill on 26th May 2024 at 1.00 am. On 1st June she saw brown discharge and some red blood drops. And on 2nd June she is complaining of red blood leaking, so she is using pad.
Her last period duration was from 16 May to 21st May 2024. She is feeling nauseated and acidity issue after eating pineapple, set dosa and she is able to smell chicken gravy even if it is not there at home. She is feeling a bit breathless.
Apart from this she is suffering from mild concentric lvh , so it might be the doing of this condition. But is there any chance she might have conceived already? She took the pregnancy test on 2nd June 2024, and it is yet negative.
She wants to know whether she is pregnant? When she can take the test again? Is it likely that she might be pregnant even if she did unprotected sex in her unfertile days and took ipill?
She has a menstrual cycle of 33 days.

Pregnancy test can be done only 24 hours after a skipped period
any test before that would be wrongly timed and negative
Since she had last periods on the 16th of May she is advised to wait till the 17th of June to do a pregnancy test
Also she needs to be educated about the high failure rate of emergency pills
Yes she can be pregnant despite one

As her period is on 16 th may
Fertile period u can consider from day 10 to day 18- 20 of cycle .
She had intercourse in fertile period
To know whether pregnant or not
Wait till next cycle date ,that is June 16-25 th ,
Then do upt if cycle delayed or abnormal.
Now nause might be due to other causes ,as case of concentric lvh - have in-person consultation and proper evaluation of breathless nausea
