Ipill bleeding

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My last cycle ended on 24 Feb, and i took ipill on 28th feb (after few hours of condom issue) or 1 march. My next cycle was due to 18th march, however i have started bleeding on 11th march. The bleeding is not heavy like my actual period, but its not spotting also. So will they be considered as period for me this month? Should i get tested for pregnancy?
