Your last period was on 20 September. So the time for you to conceive was around 10 Oct to 20 Oct (considering that your periods are irregular and may come after a gap of 40 days).
Infact at the time you had intercourse you could already have been pregnant if you have had sex relations earlier. So you should get a urine pregnancy test done around 10 Oct if you don't get your periods by then.

In an irregular cycle , it's difficult to predict.
If u hv a fixed cycle , like 40 or 45 or 50 , then do the test around d the same time as u expect ur periods .
U had taken I pill n also partner didn't ejaculate inside , u shud be safe from this intercourse but u cud be pregnant from any other intercourse that happened
Next Steps
do a pregnancy test once u miss ur period
