Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy
My sister is 35weeks 4 days pregnant as per LMP. USG shows single live fetus with estimated weight = 2828g +/- 424g  with single loop of cord around neck. SGOT = 85.8, SGPT = 74.4, Alkaline phosphatase = 165.3, total bilirubin = 0.32 Rest everything is normal. A junior doctor said to plan delivery within 1 week, is it really required to deliver so early or we can wait??
